The Impact of Scientific and Technological Innovations on International Relations in the Age of Globalization
Abstract
Science and technology is a global phenomenon and their effects have been felt all over the world. The paper examines the new developments in the field of international relations brought about by a series of scientific discoveries and technology innovations in the contemporary period of globalization. These new developments in science and technology have triggered advanced development in economic, political and socio-cultural relations in the process of international relations. It has equally increase the sophistication of weapon system of weapon producing states of the world. It concludes that the process of international relations will continually advance with the implantation of scientific and technological development of the twenty-first century.
